WSU-CETT Culinary program provided a special lectuer on [How R&D, Innovation, and Technology solve Food+Health related problems]. Students learned about how creativity, R&D, innocation, and technology can be used as tools to create new paths for a more sustainable future in gastronomy and address food and health challenges. They also had the chance to experience a demonstration of a new product called VOM, which is being currently used in some of the best bars and restaurants over the world.
