On the 25th of October we had the pleasure of having Laumont in our kitchen and classroom with WSU-CETT 8th students, for the subject of Plant Origin. Students learned about different varieties of mushrooms and Truffles, their qualities and characteristics, and how to use them in the kitchen. Afterwards, with the product that Laumont brought, professor Paula explained how to clean and cook them, tasting all the mushrooms.
