We were delighted to welcom Victor Laiseca, owner and co-owner of Canela en Rama cocktail bar, to speak to our CETT-Woosong culinary program studens as a part of our special lecture series. Victor shared his expertise in creative cocktail making and discussed his creative process, inspirations, and passions.
During the lecture, Victor demonstrated the process of making four of his own unique cocktails, providing insight into the stories behind each one. Our students were able to learn from him and practice their own cocktail-making skills, while also enjoying the delicious drinks.
